mid terrace cottage is found in the heart of this picturesque fishing
village, the cottage offers an ideal base for the family holiday.
With Mylor Yacht Harbour a short distance away giving direct access
to the waters of the Carrick Roads perfect for the sailors. The
village itself has two pubs, two small shops and an excellent fish
restaurant, Also a frequent foot ferry gives access to Falmouth
and beyond.
The front door opens into
the hall, at the front of the cottage is the very comfortable sitting
room with an open fireplace, television, video and CD Hi-fi; beyond
is the dining room with wood-burning stove.
There is an extremely well equipped kitchen at the rear of the cottagewith
an Electric Hob, Double Oven, Dishwasher, Fridge with ice box and
a Washer / Dryer.
The back door from the kitchen opens out into the sunny courtyard
garden, with patio furniture and barbecue.
Upstairs there is one king size double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
There is a good size bathroom with bath, electric shower above,
wash basin and toilet; also a second separate toilet with wash hand
basin.
