This beautifully restored Cornish Stone Barn offers two individual cottages both sleeping two, in an outstandingly peaceful location just outside the picturesque creekside village of Mylor Bridge. Both cottages are tucked away down a private lane having wonderful views across open countryside, and just a short walk down to Restronguet Creek with the footpath leading along to the Pandora Inn.

Almost equidistant between Falmouth and the Cathedral City of Truro, the cottages are ideally located for discovering all that Cornwall has to offer. There are numerous gardens including Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan, are all within easy reach, along with Mylor Harbour, with its busy marina, sailing school, watersports centre, boat and canoe hire, (there is hard-standing beside both cottages for a dinghy or boat trailer if required).

The accommodation in both cottages is all on one level with a spacious living-room with wall hung flat screen television, DVD player, CD player with a welcoming wood-burning stove, along with a well fitted & equipped kitchen-area, with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine & microwave. Oak floor throughout, continue through into the comfortable double bedroom with 5 foot bed, with a fully tiled bathroom en-suite bathroom, with bath, shower above, toilet and hand basin. the gravelled terrace and garden outside provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy those warm summer evenings and tasty barbecues.
