Chyandour is a contemporary house recently constructed and furnished to a 5 star standard, situated in the quiet creek-side village of St Just in Roseland, with dramatic views over the Carrick Roads towards Mylor Harbour. Situated on the Roseland Peninsula, this area is very unspoilt and an excellent location for exploring all of Cornwall.

The house is close to lovely walks around the estuary and coastal footpath with outstanding scenery, a perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. Just a short walk down the hill is St Just Church and creek where boats can be launched or hired an ideal for sailing location.
St Mawes is a couple of miles away with a number of good pubs and eating places including the Tresanton Hotel, a very good general store, a chemist, Post Office, bank, water taxis, the St Mawes ferries (just a short hop to Falmouth), sandy beaches and watersport facilities, reached either by car or the coastal footpath. Just 3 miles away is the Philleigh Way cookery school where you can book a day's bread baking.
On entering the house you find the master bedroom with its en-suite shower room with toilet and wash hand basin, and bifold doors opening on to the covered terrace. Also a twin bedroom and the family bathroom with bath, shower above, toilet and wash hand basin.
The oak stairs lead up to the large sitting room with vaulted ceiling with dining table, television, DVD/VHS & Blue Ray Player, Technics audio system and wood burning stove, with bifold doors opening onto the balcony with table and chairs.
The fully fitted and extremely well equipped kitchen has an electric hob, double oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and television.
Also upstairs is a second double bedroom with king size bed, situated off the sitting room.
Outside is a small lawn with patio furniture and barbecue, with two off road private parking spaces.
There is an additional charge of £20.00 per dog per week or short break.
