Creekview stands at the head of Mylor Creek in the heart of the picturesque peaceful village of Mylor Bridge, it offers beautiful views of the creek over the village playing fields.
The village has a superb selection of amenities with a grocer, butcher, fishmonger, newsagent / post office andThe Lemon Arms in the village with the thatched 13th century Pandora Inn, just over a mile away, with its floating pontoon that stretches out onto Restronguet Creek. In addition there are many local seafood restaurants all within easy reach.

What a lovely time we have had at Creekview, it is a perfect house with everything provided. Will certainly miss the lovely view first thing in the morning. We will definitely be back next year.
Creekview is ideally placed for exploring Cornwall from the rugged cliffs and sandy coves of the north coast, to the fishing villages and wooded creeks on the south coast, together with the harbour town of Falmouth and the Cathedral city of Truro which are close by.
The village has a superb selection of amenities with a grocer, butcher, fishmonger, newsagent / post office and The Lemon Arms in the village with the thatched 13th century Pandora Inn, just over a mile away, with its floating pontoon that stretches out onto Restronguet Creek. In addition there are many local seafood restaurants all within easy reach.
The tidal creek is ideal for those who like pottering around in boats, while Mylor Yacht Harbour offers many facilities which include pontoon berths and swinging moorings with immediate access to the Carrick Roads and thence the open sea. There is also a good sailing school offering tuition at all levels, along with boat, bike and canoe-hire all just over a mile away.
The external staircase leads up from the off road parking space and garage. On the first floor is the comfortable living room with colour television & DVD player, views out over the creek. To the back of the house is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen with intergrated appliances, electric stove, hob, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, microwave and dining table. A cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin is also on this floor.
Stairs lead to the three bedrooms, a double at the front, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, along with the family bathroom with bath, shower above, toilet and wash hand basin. Central heating throughout.
Outside to the side of the house is a private courtyard garden area, with garden furniture and BBQ. Off the courtyard is the utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and a dedicated wet area with shower, of great value for watersports enthusiasts.
