This spacious and well presented comfortable ground floor garden apartment is just 200 metres from Gyllyngvase Beach in a wonderful relaxing and convenient, peaceful location. A few minutes walk from the coastal footpaths and with easy access into Falmouth town which has an excellent range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by to Little Maskee are public tennis courts and the Falmouth Golf Club which is just a mile up the road.
Local attractions include the Maritime Museum, a busy harbour bustling with all types of sailing craft, Pendennis Castle and ferry trips to St. Mawes and Truro. A short drive from the Helford River, the Lizard Peninsula with its rugged cliffs, St Michael's Mount and the Eden Project.
The 'Garden Apartment' is part of Maskee House. The entrance door leads into kitchen/diner which has a large bay picture window enjoying views of the garden with a very clever modern kitchen in a cupboard.
