This comfortable mid terrace cottage is found in the heart of this picturesque fishing village, the cottage offers an ideal base for the family holiday. With Mylor Yacht Harbour a short distance away giving direct access to the waters of the Carrick Roads perfect for the sailors.

The village itself has two pubs, a small shop and an excellent fish restaurant, also a frequent foot ferry gives access to Falmouth and beyond.

The front door opens into the hall, at the front of the cottage is the very comfortable sitting room with an open fireplace, television, DVD, video and CD Hifi.

Through the rear sitting room with woodburning stove is the extremely well equipped kitchen at the rear of the cottage with an electric hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge with ice box and a washing machine/dryer.

NEW for 2009 is a newly constructed garden room with dining table, opening onto the sunny courtyard garden, with patio furniture and barbecue.

Upstairs there is one double bedroom with a super king size double bed and one twin bedroom.

There is a good size bathroom with bath, electric shower above, wash hand basin and toilet; also a second separate toilet with wash hand basin.
