This fabulous two bedroom top floor apartment is located in this picturesque waterside village of Flushing, offering views across the river to Falmouth. There is a passenger ferry that runs daily across the river to Falmouth, which is a great way to get about without the car. There are plenty of beautiful local walks, with the coastal path between Flushing and Mylor is most spectacular, which passes Kiln beach, used mostly by the locals.

The village has two pubs and an excellent fish restaurant and a small shop, all within a short walk. With local watersports at Mylor Harbour, sandy beaches, shops and restaurants in Falmouth, the National Trust gardens nearby, all interests are catered for, but should you wish to explore further afield, then the cathedral city of Truro, the surfing beaches of the north coast, and the Lizard peninsula are all within easy reach.

Internal stairs lead up to the top floor landing and the front door. From the front hall is a large spacious living room, with colour television, DVD and Freeview, wood burning stove, also a door leading out onto a small balcony. The large kitchen/diner is fully fitted and equipped, with an electric double oven with hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

The apartment has one double bedroom overlooking the river and one twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom, with bath, toilet and wash hand basin, also a separate shower room.

At street level is a small garage ideal for storing bikes and boat bits in which is found the washing machine and tumble dryer: too small for today's cars.
