Smuggler's is a traditional double fronted stone cottage which is approached down a private lane. It sits within the renovated complex of farm buildings, adjacent to the National Trust Penrose Estate.

The peaceful and tranquil setting makes it an ideal base for a coastal rural retreat. Its situation offers many wonderful country and coastal walks with magnificent views across Loe Pool and Carminowe Creek. The cottage is within easy reach of the rugged coasts of the Lizard and Penwith Peninsulas, and the wooded creeks of the Helford River. The south west coast path is nearby.

The stable door leads into the comfortable sitting room with an enormous inglenook fireplace with multi-fuel burner stove (logs and coal supplied), colour television with integral DVD and a radio/CD player. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and washing machine, with a dining table.

Upstairs there is a cosy bedroom with 4'6" double bed. Across the landing is a spacious bathroom with bath, hand held shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The cottage is heated throughout by night storage heaters.

Outside the private garden enjoys a sunny aspect with terraced lawns and garden furniture - a great place just to relax. There is private parking and a picnic table in an adjacent area, next to the cottage.
