This historic naval dockyard now has a marina, sailing school, boat hire and water sports centre. There is also a fish restaurant, wine bar and a harbour café which has a small shop.

It makes an ideal base to explore the many creeks and beaches by boat, or walk the beautiful coastal footpaths. Dinghys can be launched at all states of the tide, and larger craft can be moored by prior arrangement with the marina. A gated drive leads up to the cottage with ample parking, garage and boat storage.

The front door opens into the hall with a large and comfortable lounge to the front, with television, video and CD stereo, offering panoramic views over the harbour. A large kitchen/dining room includes an Aga, electric stove, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. On the ground floor is a study facing the harbour and a cloakroom.

Upstairs is the master double bedroom with outstanding views across the harbour, and two twin bedrooms and the fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower above, toilet and wash hand basin. The outside boiler room houses the tumble dryer. Across the courtyard is a self contained annexe, with a double bedroom, en-suite shower room, toilet and wash hand basin. There is a sitting room with a television and french doors opening onto the garden.
