Creekview stands at the head of Mylor Creek in the heart of this picturesque peaceful village of Mylor Bridge. The cottage has views over the playing fields and the creek beyond. Mylor Harbour is close by with two sailing schools, also boat, bike and canoes all available for hire. This friendly village has a superb selection of local shops, a post office, a good pub and several local restaurants all within easy reach.

The cottage is perfectly placed for exploring all of Cornwall from the rugged cliffs, sandy coves and fishing villages, to the harbour town of Falmouth and the Cathedral city of Truro all are close by. Places of interest to visit include Pendennis Castle and the National Maritime Museum and for day trips there are magnificent gardens to visit, including the Eden project, Heligan, Trebah, Trelissick and Glendurgan, then onward west to the Lizard peninsula, St Ives and Land's End.

External staircase lead up from the garage and off road parking space, to the front door. On this floor is the comfortable living room with views out over the creek with colour television and DVD, to the back of the cottage is the fully fitted & equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and separate freezer and dining table. A cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin is also on this floor.

Upstairs are found the three bedrooms, a double at the front, a twin bedroom and a single, along with the family bathroom with bath, shower above, toilet and wash hand basin. Central heating throughout.

Outside is a private courtyard garden area, with garden furniture and BBQ. Off the coutyard is the searate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer along with a separate shower.
