Penarrow is a spacious four bedroom cottage which sits in a private garden just yards from the foreshore. There is a splendid circular walk from Mylor Harbour around Trefusis headland to Flushing via Kiln Beach which is ideal for children. The nearby village of Mylor Bridge has a superb selection of local shops, post office and a very good pub. A perfect cottage for the family holiday and ideally placed for exploring Cornwall. On the ground floor is the small but fully equipped kitchen, which adjoins the dining room. The large comfortable sitting room with open fireplace, television, DVD, video player and CD system. The children's snug sitting room has a television with DVD. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom with shower. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms -the master double with an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash hand basin, plus three twin bedded rooms. The family bathroom has roll topped bath, separate shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Central heating throughout the cottage. Outside there is ample parking and boat storage, with garden to the front and rear of the cottage. Dinghys can be launched at all states of the tide from the shingle beach, larger boats can be moored by prior arrangement with the marina. Nearby are two sailing schools, boat & canoe hire and two good fish restaurants.
