The village itself has a good range of shops and pub with the waterside thatched Pandora Inn just half a mile away at Restronguet where access to the water for the boat enthusiast has been arranged, with launching, boat storage and parking.

The fully fitted kitchen has an Aga, microwave and a breakfast bar with views out over the fields. The adjoining tilly room has an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The back door opens onto a sunny courtyard.
