Property Details

Situated right on the watersedge this peaceful detached cottage close to Mylor Harbour, is in a perfect location, with two local sailing schools, canoeing, cycle and boat hire, sea fishing, two local restaurants and of course wonderful walks.

The village of Mylor Bridge is situated at the head of the creek, which has a selection of good shops and a very good pub. Rackley is almost equidistant between the busy sailing town of Falmouth and the Cathedral City of Truro, ideally placed for all that Cornwall has to offer, from the sandy beaches and coves and castles along the south coast, the magnificent north coast with its ragged coastline, along with numerous National Trust properties all to explore.

The waterside garden is just ideal for summer barbecues, also direct access via steps to the creeks edge where there is an boat outhaul. There is off road parking for 2/3 cars.
