This spacious three storey four bedroom mid terrace house is situated overlooking Mylor Creek with uninterrupted views across the creek, to the open fields on the far shore.

Riverside has just been through a total refurbishment, which now makes it the perfect base for every family holiday. The tidal creek is ideal for those who love boats, while Mylor Yacht Harbour offers many facilities which include pontoon berths and swinging moorings with immediate access to the Carrick Roads. There is also a good sailing school along with boat, bike and canoe hire all just a mile away. The village, upstream from the house, with a general store, butcher, fishmonger, news agent, post office and a good village pub.
The harbour town of Falmouth and its lovely sandy beaches are just five miles, with the cathedral city of Truro 10 miles away. For great surfing the north coast is just a 25 minute drive.

On entering the house, you have a large sitting room to the front of the house, (with a flat screen colour television, iPod dock, DVD and CD HiFi) with views over the creek. A large modern family kitchen (electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer) with dining area is to the back of the house with french doors leading out on the terrace. Also on the ground floor is a cloak room with toilet and wash hand basin, along with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the first floor is found two bedrooms, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room with wash hand basin and toilet, over looking the creek.
