Tilly's is an end of terrace three story cottage which is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Mylor Bridge situated at the head of Mylor Creek. This friendly village has a superb selection of shops, also the Lemon Arms an excellent village pub with several other local restaurants all within easy reach. Mylor Harbour is close by with two sailing schools, also boats, bikes and canoes all available for hire.
The cottage is perfectly placed for exploring all of Cornwall from the rugged cliffs, sandy coves and fishing villages, to the harbour town of Falmouth and the Cathedral city of Truro all are close by. Places of interest to visit include Pendennis Castle and the National Maritime Museum and for day trips there are magnificent gardens to visit, including the Eden project, Heligan, Trebah, Trelissick and Glendurgan, then onward west to the Lizard peninsula, St Ives and Land's End.
The front door found at the back of the cottage opens into the hall off which is the comfortable sitting room with colour television & DVD, CD player and dining area along with the fully fitted and equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine/dryer. Also ground floor is a cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.
Upstairs on the first floor is a comfortable single bedroom and the family bathroom with bath, electric shower above, toilet and wash hand basin. On the top floor is found the master bedroom with twin beds, a comfortable sitting area and colour television and DVD.
Electric panel heating throughout.
Outside is a small courtyard garden area, with garden table and bench. Off road parking for one car at the back off the property.
