This tranquil detached cottage is situated on the edge of Mylor Creek, with views towards the village and out towards the yacht harbour and the Carrick Roads. The sheltered sailing waters, wonderful beaches and mile upon mile of coastal walks makes this an ideal base for exploring Cornwall. The village is just a short distance away and has a general store, newsagent, post office, butcher, pub and playing fields. The Pandora Inn is a further mile away.
Through the garden gate the front door opens into the sunny vestibule. The inner door opens onto the top floor.
At the far end of the cottage is the double bedroom. A very comfortable sitting room with dining area, has an open fireplace, television, DVD, video and a CD stereo. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with hand held shower, also an electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The stairs lead down to a twin bedroom with wash hand basin.
A door leads into a small garage (ideal for storage) where you will find the tumble dryer.
A small but pretty garden with patio area and barbecue, with steps leading down to a private grass quay, a small rowing dinghy is available for guests to use.

We felt we were floating, this cottage is right on the water's edge, great for bird watching, Egrets, Herons, Turns, Oyster Catchers, too many to list.
