Swift Barn is one half of this beautifully restored Cornish Stone Barn with Swallow Barn being the other half. This cottage is in an outstandingly peaceful location tucked away down a private lane having wonderful views across open countryside, just a short walk down to Restronguet Creek with the footpath leading along to the Pandora Inn. Situated just outside the picturesque creekside village of Mylor Bridge, which has a selection of good shops and an excellent pub.

Almost equidistant between Falmouth and the Cathedral City of Truro, the cottages are ideally located for discovering all that Cornwall has to offer. There are numerous gardens including Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan, are all within easy reach, along with Mylor Harbour, with its busy marina, sailing school, watersports centre, boat and canoe hire, (there is hard-standing beside the cottage for a dinghy or boat trailer if required). The cottage is perfectly placed too for exploring the rugged cliffs, sandy coves and fishing villages of the Lizard Peninsula. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within an hour's drive.

The accommodation is all on one level with a spacious living-room with wall hung flat screen television, DVD player, CD player with a welcoming wood burning
stove, along with a well fitted and equipped kitchen-area, with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Oak floor throughout, continue through into the comfortable double bedroom with 5ft double bed, with a fully tiled en-suite bathroom, with bath, shower above, toilet and wash hand basin. The gravelled terrace and garden outside provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy those warm summer evenings and tasty barbecues.
