Detailed Description

The cottage has generous living space comprising a pretty sitting room with an open fire, colour television with freesat and DVD player, ajoining to this is a study area currently furnished with a sofa providing a quiet corner away from the main living spaces, the study has a door into the garden.

The sitting room leads into the large sunny conservatory which opens onto the terrace and garden; it also has double-door access to the kitchen/dining area.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need, with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob & built in oven; to the side of the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine & tumble also a wine cooler. Off the front hall there is a ground floor cloakroom with wash hand basin.

The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and overlooks the garden. The two further twin bedrooms share the larger family bathroom.

The large, south facing, garden has a sunny terrace with a large round table for dining and BBQ for cooking.

There is ample parking for up to four cars.
