Property Details

This apartment has a splendid panorama of Falmouth harbour and views over to Flushing and the Roseland peninsula in the distance. Yachts of all sizes are moored all around, and the passenger ferries flit backwards and forwards across the harbour to Flushing and St Mawes, also up to Truro and Trelissick Gardens. The apartment is conveniently located with the town's fine choice of restaurants, pubs and shops, along with the National Maritime Museum just a stroll down the hill. Several sandy beaches are just a short drive away.

The apartment is part of Packet Quays, situated high up with views over the rooftops of the apartments in front. Entered via a flight of steps from the High Street, the comfortably furnished sitting room has French windows opening onto a small balcony, offering those splendid panoramas of the harbour and beyond. The sitting room has a colour television, video, DVD player and CD player along with dining area. On the ground floor is the fully fitted and very well equipped galley kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge.

Stairs lead up to a the mezzanine bedroom with double bed with a wrought iron balustrade overlooking the room below, fitted wardrobes along with a cupboard with the washing machine within.

Heating is by night storage heaters.

There is private secure parking for one car, (access maximum 77" headroom). The apartment is unsuitable for very young children.
