This 300 year old Grade II listed cottage is situated on a family run mixed farm which is surrounded by the waters of Carrick Roads. There is a private shingle beach within 300 yards, which is suitable for launching small boats by prior permission. A deep water mooring can be arranged. Footpaths are plentiful from the cottage and the 13th Century Pandora Inn is reached by a 15 minute walk along the creekside path. The Pandora Inn is closed due to a thatch fire, re-opening in March 2012.The village of Mylor Bridge is 1 mile away and has a good selection of shops and a further public house.

There is ample parking at the rear of the cottage with a door leading to a well equipped small kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. A ground floor shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. The living room has an open fireplace (logs supplied), dining table, television, DVD, CD stereo and ipod docking ststion.

A door leads to an enclosed sunny garden and patio at the front of the cottage, ideal for barbecues.

Stairs lead to the bedroom with a double bed and a wash basin.

Heating throughout the cottage is by night storage heaters.
