This period fisherman's cottage is comfortably furnished, and situated on the west side of the picturesque Restronguet Creek.
The cottage occupies an exceptionally quiet position at the end of a private lane. Access involves crossing a tidal beach, over which unusually high tides can limit passage by car for short periods. Footpath access available at all times.
The property enjoys panoramic views over the creek and across the Carrick Roads. There is a small garden to the front of the cottage with parking 20 yards away. The 13th century Pandora Inn is reached by a short walk along the creekside footpath.
On the ground floor is a very well equipped fitted kitchen with built in hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, dining area, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, back door leading to an outside toilet. Stairs lead to the lounge with open fireplace, television, video and CD stereo.

Also one bedroom with twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower above, wash hand basin and toilet. On the top floor a double bedroom with wash basin, and a twin bedded room with wash basin.

A fantastic week! The view is constantly changing - you will find yourself looking out of the window for hours. Very comfortable and the kids loved it.
