This character barn with beamed ceilings is tucked away in the peaceful, picturesque waterside hamlet of Restronguet. An idylic retreat with views over Restronguet Creek, with the 13th Century Pandora Inn only 100 yards away. The village of Mylor Bridge just up and over the hill, offers a good selection of small local shops. Situated between the harbour town of Falmouth with the maritime museum, 5 miles away, and only 10 miles to the Catherdral City of Truro.
Rhinos Barn is adjacent to Marlow, the entrance is via the garden and patio into upper level. The front door opens ito an open plan kitchen/living room featuring vaulted beamed ceilings with windows on four sides with garden and water views. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The comfotable living room with colour Television DVD and video player.
A woodern spiral staircase leads down to the hall and ground floor entrance door. The bedroom has twin beds, with the adjacent bathroom with bath, shower above, toilet and wash hand basin. Heating throughout by nightstore radiators.
Outside with a private sunny garden, a storage area for bikes and boat bits with ample off road parking. There is also our private quay perfect for launching, storing boats and trailers, and a dinghy is available for guests to use.
