Property Details
This home from home makes an ideal base for those who love messing about in boats, walking or just relaxing. The 13th Century Pandora Inn is reach by a short walk along the creekside footpath. The local village of Mylor Bridge is just a mile from the cottage, which has an excellant selection of small shops. Mylor Harbour is just 3 miles away, there is excellent water sport facilities, boat hire, sailing schools, along with a very good wine bar.
From the lane the front door opens directly into the kitchen / dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with electic stove, fridge freezer and microwave. Behind the kitchen is the utility area, with washing machine and tuble dryer, beyond this is the bathroom, with bath, shower above, and wash had basin and seperate toilet.
At the back of the cottage is the cosy sitting room with an open fire place, colour television and DVD player, with a door leading to the garden. Stairs lead upto the the three bedrooms, one double with through acess to a small twin at the front over looking the creek, one twin bedroom at the back looking up the garden. Access by car involves crossing a tidal beach, just 20 yards from the cottage, for which high tides can limit passage by car for short periods at high tide.
