The gated gravel drive leads to this large four bedroom house, surrounded by the landscaped gardens and grounds which enjoy views over Restronguet Creek. The 13th century Pandora Inn is just 300 yards down the hill from the house, with the sailing waters of the Carrick Roads near by. Being situated close to both Falmouth and Truro, the sandy beaches of both the south and north coasts of Cornwall, it is truly an ideal base to come and relax, perfect for any family holiday.
The front opens into the entrance hall with cloakroom to one side. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, built in ovens, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge, and door leading to the terrace and garden. To the rear of the house is found the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. The separate dining room is situated next to the kitchen.
The large comfortable drawing room has a television with video and DVD player, there is also a separate play room for the children with television, DVD and video player which also has a door leading to the garden.
