An attractive, 4 bedroom, period cottage in an exceptionally peaceful position, with outstanding views over Restronguet Creek and the Carrick Roads. The property adjoins a private shingle beach, suitable for launching small boats, by prior permission. Deep water mooring also available.

The 13th century Pandora Inn is reached by a short walk along the Creekside footpath. Access involves crossing a tidal beach, over which unusually high tides can limit passage by car for short periods. The path from the garage crosses a sunny, sloping garden to a flat lawn area in front of the cottage - perfect for evening barbecues.

A porch leads to the main sitting room with open fire, television and video and Sky. Stairs lead to the first floor. On the ground floor is a second sitting room - CD stereo, a small study, large kitchen/dining room with built in fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave, with French windows to the garden.
