Sunbeam Cottage is an intriguing, individual home of immense charm and character, occupying a prominent position within a few minutes' walk from the centre of bustling Falmouth, an easy stroll will bring you to boutiques, antique and curio shops and artisan delicatessens.
Falmouth has a network of passenger ferries that will transport you past wooded creeks, quaint villages and pretty hamlets to St Mawes or Truro along the Fal and Helford Rivers. There are diving and sailing schools, yacht charter, skippered cruises, water sports centres with equipment for hire and boats offering local fishing trips.

This stylish reverse-level accommodation benefiting from far-reaching panoramic views over Falmouth's bustling harbour to the picturesque village of Flushing, the National Maritime Museum Cornwall, King Henry VIII's castles at Pendennis and St Mawes, across the deep sailing waters of the Fal Estuary, and along the unspoilt shoreline of The Roseland Peninsula.
A gravelled pathway from the front gate leads to a wisteria clad balustrade and on to the sheltered entrance. Downstairs are three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, together with a family bathroom with bath, a large walk in shower, toilet and wash handbasin, plus a separate toilet with wash handbasin, both with contemporary white suites.
Upstairs, the open-plan accommodation is designed around the central staircase, with exposed stone walls in the distinctive lounge, with views out over Falmouth town and harbour, which has comfortable sofas, a television, DVD player, and wood burning stove.
