How we love this place - its a hidden gem!
Entering the apartment directly into the comfortable sitting room with sofa and armchair, television, DVD player, a collection of DVDs, ipod docking station, dining table and chairs.
At the back of the property is the fully fitted galley kitchen, with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and the back door leading to a small enclosed garden with bench and table - a useful space for drying wetsuits/beach towels and storing bicycles.
The spacious bedroom has a super king size double bed, ample storage with french doors opening onto the garden. Adjoining shower room with toilet and wash hand basin.
One small dog only permitted by prior arrangement.

Mylor Yacht Harbour is just a mile away with two sailing schools, boat hire and waterside wine bar/restaurant and cafe, an ideal base for keen yachtsmen and for those who simply desire a peaceful break with easy access to the delightful Cornish coast.
The Old Shop is perfectly placed for exploring all of Cornwall from the rugged cliffs, sandy coves and fishing villages, to the harbour town of Falmouth and the Cathedral city of Truro. Local places of interest to visit include Pendennis Castle and the National Maritime Museum Cornwall.
Garden lovers will enjoy the beautiful sub tropical gardens at Trebah and Glendurgan, while the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens are an easy drive away.
The spectacular cliffs and surfing beaches of the north coast are within half an hour, offering a dramatic contrast to the sheltered south coast.
