There are two sailing schools along with boat, bike and canoe hire at the harbour. From here you can walk the coastal path around Trefusis headland with spectacular views over the Carrick Roads and Falmouth Harbour, to the village of Flushing and catch the foot ferry to Falmouth, then onto St Mawes.
Mylor village is upstream from the house, with a general store, butcher, fishmonger, news agent, post office and a good village pub. The harbour town of Falmouth and its lovely sandy beaches are just five miles from the cottage, with the cathedral city of Truro 10 miles away. For great surfing and mile upon mile of sandy beaches the north coast is just a 25 minute drive.

What a amazing cottage in such a fabulous location, really comfortable with everything you really want for a great holiday.
On entering the cottage, you find the dining area with views over the creek and a wood burning stove. In the middle of the cottage is the sitting room, with television and DVD. A modern family kitchen (electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer) is to the back of the house with side door leading out on the terrace.
Also on the ground floor is a cloak room with toilet and wash hand basin, along with washing machine.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms both with double beds, one overlooking the creek, the other overlooking the rear garden. Both bedrooms have access to the family shower room with a large walk in shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin.
To the back of the cottage is the patio with table and chairs making it ideal for the evening BBQ. The rear garden and the summerhouse is accessed by a flight of stone steps. At the front there is off road parking for one car, just across from the cottage, along with the waterside garden and waters-edge summer house.
