Weir Orchard with its stunning views over the entrance to Restronguet Creek and the Carrick Roads are sublime, a wonderfully positioned house with a large waterside enclosed garden that directly overlooks a private shingle beach. The gated access making it suitable for launching small boats. Hidden away at the end of a no through road, this detached house is in wonderfully peaceful and tranquil location.
This is a home from home, making it an ideal base for those who love messing about in boats, walking or just relaxing. The 13th Century Pandora Inn is only a 10 minute walk away. The village of Mylor Bridge just up and over the hill, which offers a good selection of small shops.

The house is amazing with everything you need and more, enjoyed every minute of our stay.
Beautiful surroundings and a gorgeous house.
At Mylor Yacht Harbour just a short drive away there is a good seafood restaurant, a wine bar and excellent water sport facilities along with boat hire and sailing schools.
The house is perfectly placed for all that Cornwall has to offer, from the magnificent coastline and beaches, glorious gardens, along with the castles, museums all to explore.
The accommodation is reversed, although on the first floor the access is from the front door, as the house is built into the side of a hill. A large entrance hall, leads to the spacious living-room, with a comfortable sofas a wood burning stove, colour television, DVD player and fiber optic super fast broadband.
The fully equipped modern kitchen has an electric double oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, wine fridge, microwave and two dishwashers, large refectory dining table, a small sitting area, with colour television and DVD player, all having panoramic water views. In the back porch is a tumble dryer with the back door giving access to the garden.
Downstairs are the three bedrooms, the master double with king size bed and an en-suite bathroom, with bath, shower above, toilet and wash hand basin. The further two bedrooms both with twin beds, along with a shower room, toilet, wash hand basin along with washing machine. Oil fired central heating throughout the house.
Outside the garden has been landscaped with a wooded area to the rear and lawns leading to the waters-edge, but having privacy, perfect for those lazy days. There is ample parking, for many cars, boat storage and the private shingle beach is suitable for launching small boats.
