and larger craft can be moored by prior arrangement with the marina.
A gated drive leads up to the cottage with ample parking,

The front door opens into the hall with a large and
comfortable lounge to the front with television and video offering
superb panoramic views over the harbour. A large kitchen / dining
room with an Aga, electric stove, washing machine, microwave and
large fridge freezer. Also on the ground floor is a study facing
the harbour. Up stairs is the Master double bedroom with water views,
also a double, a twin bedroom and bathroom with bath shower above,
toilet and basin.
Across the courtyard is a self contained annexe with
a twin bedroom, en-suite bathroom including a short bath, toilet
and wash hand basin. There is a sitting room with french doors opening

"First-class accommodation! Lots of room for all of
us, and very comfortable. A real pleasure to come back to
when the weather was bad! Lovely to sit outside and have
a BBQ overlooking the river. Thanks very much."
