Situated overlooking Mylor Creek this peaceful detached cottage
is only a short distance from the village of Mylor Bridge, which
has a selection of good shops and a pub.
The harbour is close by with its sailing schools, along with
boat hire and two very good restaurants. The cottage is ideally
placed for all that Cornwall has to offer, from the sandy beaches & coves
of the south coast along with the castles, museums also with
the magnificent north coast beaches and coastline all to explore.
Steps lead up to the house from the garage, to a large decked
terrace overlooking the creek. On the ground floor front door
opens into the hall, on one side is the main sitting room with,
television, DVD and video. On the other side is the double
bedroom, behind this is the twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
At the
back of the cottage is the dining room & the fully equipped
kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave
and separate freezer. Also a utility area with washing machine,
tumble
dryer, leading to shower room with toilet and hand basin. Steep
narrow stairs lead to the third single bedroom which has an
en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and hand basin.
Outside
to the rear of the cottage is a terrace with steps
leading up the sloping garden to the top terrace which has
views over
the creek.
