offering an ideal holiday retreat, yet only just over a mile from
the village of Mylor Bridge. The only neighbours being the owners
parents who live in the main house nearby.
A concrete drive leads to the 185
acre farm now mainly planted with young trees, with footpaths meandering
down through the mature woodlands to Restronguet Creek. Being situated
almost equidistant between Falmouth with its
sandy beaches and the Cathedral City of Truro, the cottage
is ideally located for touring the county. There are numerous National
Trust properties and gardens to visit close by.
Also the sailing waters of the Carrick Roads ideal
for all watersports.
The accommodation is all
on one level, the living room, entered from the raised terrace,
has a comfortale sitting and dining areas, with a wood burning stove,
television, video, playstation and C.D. player. A fully equipped
kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher
and washing machine. Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished, the
double room with 5' bed with en-suite shower, toilet and basin.
