This 300-year-old grade II listed cottage
is situated on a family run mixed farm, which is surrounded, by
the waters of Carrick Roads. There is a private shingle beach
within 300 yards which is suitable for launching small boats by
prior permission. A deep-water mooring can be arranged.

The 13th century Pandora Inn is reached by a 15-minute walk along
the creekside path.
The Village of Mylor Bridge is 1 mile away
and has a good selection of shops and a further public house.
There is ample parking
at the rear of the cottage with a door leading to a well-equipped
small kitchen (fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and washing machine).
A ground floor shower room with basin and WC. The living room has
an open fireplace (logs available from the farm), dining table,
T.V. & video: with a door leading to an enclosed sunny garden
and patio at the front of the cottage (ideal for barbecues). Stairs
lead to the bedroom with a 4'6" double bed with wash hand basin.
Heating throughout the cottage is by night storage
heaters. Next door to Chyvounder.
