Situated on the south side of Mylor Creek this semi-detached two bedroom cottage occupies a truly exceptional position offering panoramic views over the creek. Mylor Yacht Harbour at the entrance to the creek and the village at the head, this cottage is ideally located for a peaceful holiday. A good selection of shops and a pub are to be found in the village and a fish restaurant, wine bar, sailing schools and boat hire are on offer at the yacht harbour. A small crazy paved area leads to front door of the cottage, which opens into the hall, off which is the comfortable lounge with a wood burning stove, television and video. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor with a double ended bath, wash hand basin, toilet and walk-in shower. At the rear of the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dish washer. A separate dining area has large panoramic windows which open onto the decked terrace and the garden below. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms, one double with creek views and one twin bedroom. Plus a small third bedroom which offers a childs bed. There is gated access to the creek at the bottom of the garden via steps leading down to a small quay with rowing dinghy.
