These
two new semi-detached cottages are situated next door to each
other, at the head of Mylor Creek, in this picturesque village
both with views over the playing fields and the creek beyond. This
friendly village has a superb selection of local shops, a post
office, a good pub and several restaurants all within easy reach.
The cottages are perfectly placed for exploring all of Cornwall
from the rugged cliffs, sandy coves and fishing villages, to
the harbour town of Falmouth and the Cathedral city of
Truro all are
close by. Mylor Harbour and Marina is only a mile away at the
mouth of the creek, with excellent sailing facilities,
including two
sailing schools & boat hire.
Individual steps lead up to the cottages from the off roadparking
area. On the ground floor is the utility room with washing machine & dryer
along with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. On the middle
floor is the comfortable living room with views out over the creek,

kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave ,fridge and
separate freezer and dining area. A cloakroom with toilet and hand
basin is also on this floor.
Upstairs are found the three bedrooms, a double at the front,
also a twin bedroom and a single. Also the family bathroom with
bath
shower above, toilet and hand basin.Central heating throughout.
Outside each of the cottages is a small individual courtyard
garden area.
