The period fisherman's cottage is comfortably furnished, and situated on the West side of the picturesque Restronguet Creek.

The cottage occupies an exceptionally quiet position at the end of a private road. Access involves crossing a tidal beach, over which unusually high tides can limit passage by car for short periods. The property enjoys panoramic views over the creek and across the Carrick Roads. There is a small garden and parking is 20 yards away. The 13th century Pandora Inn (lunches, dinners) is reached by a short walk along the creekside footpath.

THE GROUND FLOOR: A very well equipped fitted kitchen with built in hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, dining area, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, back door leading to outside WC.

FIRST FLOOR: A lounge with open fireplace and TV, French doors opening on to a balcony with patio furniture. Bathroom; bath with shower, basin, WC, bedroom 3 with twin beds.

TOP FLOOR: Bedroom 1 with double bed and wash and basin, bedroom 2 with twin beds and wash hand basin. Heating throughout the house is by night storage heaters.
