setting, perfect for getting away from it all in a picturesque hamlet
overlooking the sailing waters of the Carrick Roads. Situated on
the footpath one way leads to Restronguet and the Pandora Inn and
the other to Mylor Bridge which has several very well stocked village
shops, a pub, butcher and greengrocer. At Mylor Harbour are boating
facilities, including sailing school, boat hire and marina along
with two restaurants. Ideally located for exploring all that Cornwall
has to offer.
The front door opens directly into the fully fitted and well equipped
kitchen with electric hob, built in oven, microwave, washing machine,
fridge / freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar.
A separate dining room leads off the kitchen with an antique dining
table and chairs and the original Cornish Range, then into the comfortable
sitting room with wood burning stove, television and video. On the
ground floor is the main bathroom with bath, shower above, toilet,
bidet and wash hand basin, there is also a separate shower room
with toilet and wash hand basin.
Stairs lead to one double bedroom with wash hand basin and one twin
bedroom. For children there is a bunk room which adjoins the double
bedroom. Central Heating throughout the cottage.
At the front of the cottage is a small lawn also a paved terrace,
at the rear of the cottage is the terraced garden which has a summer
house with sun deck with views out over the Carrick Roads.
Well behaved Dogs allowed. This is a No Smoking Cottage.
The Cottage is available throughout the year.
