The 13th Century Pandora Inn is reached by
a short walk along the creekside footpath. The local village
of Mylor Bridge is just
a short drive away which offers a good selection of small shops.
At Mylor Yacht Harbour just 3 miles away there is a good seafood
restaurant, a wine bar also excellent water sport facilities along
with boat hire & sailing school.
The front door opens directly into the spacious hall
/ dining room with the fully
equipped kitchen to the rear of the cottage with electric stove,
large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Beyond the kitchen is the
bathroom with bath, shower above, basin and toilet. Also the back
door giving access to the garden. The comfortable sitting room
with a bay window offering panoramic views across the creek, with
television, video and open fire place.
The stairs lead to three bedrooms, a double at the front with
bay window, and two twin bedrooms, all of which have water
views.
The enclosed garden is to the rear
of the cottage, with its terrace lawns, boarders and shrubs, offering
water views over the roof
of the cottage.
There is parking for two cars beside the cottage.
