This completely self contained ground floor apartment is found behind Kempthorne House with its own entrance and a private sunny courtyard garden. Situated in the village of Flushing it makes an ideal base for exploring the South Cornish Coast. The village has two pubs, a couple of shops and a fish restaurant. There is also access to Falmouth by frequent foot ferry. For the sailor Mylor Yacht Harbour is just a mile over the hill offering boat hire, launching and mooring facilities. The side ally leading to Little Kempthorne gives you access to the apartment with the front door leading into a large comfortable open plan living room (television, video and CD stereo), with a well equipped kitchen/dining area (electric stove, microwave, fridge freezer). The large double bedroom is situated at the far end of the apartment with the bathroom (shower, wc and basin) found off the entrance hall. Large french doors lead directly into the sunny courtyard garden with patio furniture and barbeque. Kempthorne House also available for bed and breakfast @ £35.00 per person per night.
