Situated on the outskirts of the village this detached
cottage has a large and extensive mature garden facing South and
West. The cottage offers comfortable accommodation with a warm and
welcoming atmosphere providing an ideal holiday retreat at any time
of the year. The village itself has a good range of shops and pub,
with the waterside thatched Pandora Inn just half a mile away at
Restronguet; where also access to the water for the boat enthusiast
has been arranged with launching, boat storage and parking.
Level access to the front door with the entrance
hall leading to the comfortable sitting room with colour television
and video, the fully fitted kitchen with aga, larder fridge and
microwave and a breakfast bar with views out over the fields.
The adjoining tilly room has an electric cooker, dishwasher, freezer,
washing machine and tumble dryer, with the back door opening onto
a sunny courtyard. There is a separate dining room, a ground floor
twin bedroom, and a separate bath room with bath, shower above,
toilet and basin.
Stairs lead to landing, with access to a double bedroom, a twin
bedroom, both offering views up the garden, also a second bathroom
with bath, hand held shower, toilet and basin.
Outside there is ample off road parking, a small garage, more
useful for storage of bikes, windsurfers and boat gear than the
large moden cars. Up the garden seats nestle in amongst the trees
and flower borders, providing just the spot for a quiet read or
an evening barbecue; there is also a wooden chalet with pool table,
darts board and games situated in the garden.
The cottage is heated through
out by oil-fired central heating.
