third deepest natural harbour, with the newly opened National Maritime
Museum. Also several fine sandy beaches nearby, the sailing waters
of the Carrick Roads and a myriad of creeks and rivers to explore
by boat or on foot.
The front door opens into the spacious hallway, at the front is
the large comfortable sitting room with television, video, CD Hi-fi,
also an imposing ornate marble fire surround. The large master bedroom
has a king size double bed, with both rooms offering bay windows
affording superb views across and down the river. The second smaller
bedroom with twin beds is to the rear of the apartment along with
a large art deco style bathroom, with a double ended bath, separate
corner shower, wash basin and toilet.
A large fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with dinning area, has
a built in double oven, a gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and
dishwasher, there is also a separate utility area with washing machine
and tumble dryer, with a door leading to a small enclosed courtyard.
Granite Steps lead to down to the original wine store, ideal for
storage, also has a wet shower room with wash basin and toilet.
The garden is to the front of the house with a lawn boarded with
shrubs.
There is off road private parking for one car.
