Smugglers is a double fronted stone cottage which is approached down a private lane near Helston, forming part of a small collection of six individually owned renovated farm buildings.

The peaceful and tranquil setting makes it an ideal base for a rural retreat. Its situation offers many wonderful country and coastal walks with magnificent views across Loe Pool and Carminowe Creek. The cottage is within easy reach of the rugged coast of the Lizard Peninsula and the wooded creeks of the Helford River.

The stable door leads into the comfortable living room with an enormous inglenook fireplace with wood burner stove (logs supplied), TV and video. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with (fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and washing machine) and dining area.

Upstairs there is a cosy bedroom with 4'6" double bed. Across the landing is a spacious bathroom with bath, hand held shower, basin and WC.

The cottage is fully carpeted and heated throughout by night storage heaters.

Outside the garden enjoys a sunny southerly aspect with lawns and terracing - a great place just to relax.

Falmouth area has a sandy beaches with lifeguards to watch over swimmers. Truro Cathedral and shopping centre. The Eden Project is only 60 mins drive away. Newquay airport is 50 minutes drive. Falmouth; harbour, town, castles and National Maritime Museum. St. Ives, the Minack Theatre. the Lizard and the Land's End Peninsula. Good restaurants such as HMS Ganges, Sticky Prawn, Casterways Wine Bar and the world famous Pandora Inn.
