Please note that Creekside Cottages is an agent for all the holiday accommodation on this website and on this basis will arrange bookings on behalf of the property owner.

Website Details. Creekside Cottages endeavours to ensure that the information provided by the property owners is correct. However the information may have changed by the time you book so please ensure you check all details of your chosen property. Creekside Cottages cannot accept any responsibility for any inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information about any property.

At Weir Cottage electricity costs are inclusive; oil fired central heating, oil charged according to measure.

At Boscarne, Chybean, Chylorden, Chyvounder, Delta Cottage, Marlboro, Number 44, Rose Cottage, Smugglers Cottage, Tulip Tree and The Loft, electricity and night storage heaters are inclusive.

At Admiralty, April Cottage, Brabyns, Bridge Cottage,  Carsawsan, Creekview, Forget-me-not, Janes Court, Number Six, Penarrow Cottage, Pixies Cottage, Riversdale House, Riverside, Silent Waters, Swift Barn, Swallow Barn, Swallow’s Reach, Trebant and Tregenver, electricity and central heating are inclusive.

Dogs may be brought by prior arrangement only @ £20 per dog per week. Dogs are only accepted on the strict understanding that they are kept under control, exercised off the premises and are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture, nor should they be left in the property unsupervised as this can result in considerable damage to the property and distress to the pet/s. We would ask everyone bringing a dog/s to follow these instructions implicitly since any abuse will inevitably result in dogs being banned. Do remember to include your dog on your Booking Form!

Please note: If your dog fouls in the garden please pick it up & dispose of it appropriately, the gardener is not expected to do this for you. Any damage caused will be charged. Please bring your dogs bed & towel. Sorry no cats allowed.

Duvets & Linen is included. All cottages provide linen, a change of linen will be provided weekly for bookings of two weeks or more. Please bring bath, beach and tea towels. Towels are not provided unless specifically mentioned. Where towels are provided they must not be removed from the property and you must remember to bring your own beach towels.

Breakages, loss or damage must be reported and paid for before departure. If damages occur and are not reported the person who made the booking is totally responsible for any costs incurred. You should also be aware that you have a legal liability to pay for any damages you may cause to the property during your holiday.

All Tenancies begin at 3.00pm and end at 10.00am on Fridays or Saturdays, dependent on which property you book. Every endeavour is made to see that the cottages are clean for your arrival and it is requested that they are left clean and tidy on your departure.

Available dates are offered subject to being unlet on receipt of deposit.

A phone call may hold dates while you send us the Booking Form and deposit. We are happy to do this for four days unless we are within six weeks of the holiday date in which case we need a full payment to secure the booking.

Deposit of 25% to be sent as confirmation of booking and payment is taken to signify agreement of terms.

Balance of rental is due six weeks before arrival - eight weeks from overseas. Late payment could result in your holiday being re-booked.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. We will endeavour to re-let the property for the period concerned but condition of booking is that full rental be paid if not re-let. If such re-letting can be arranged, the Balance, if already paid, will be refunded less any charges for any additional expenses.

The deposit is non refundable. Any alterations involving re-invoicing will carry a £20 fee payable for each alteration made. Requests for property transfer will be handled as a cancellation.

We do not expect to make any changes to your booking. Occasionally changes do occur during and after bookings have been confirmed. In this event confirmed bookings may have to be cancelled due to circumstances out of our control. Creekside Cottages will endeavour to provide alternative accommodation if available. If this is not possible a full refund will be made.

Total Number in the Party. In no circumstances may the number of people stipulated in the property description be exceeded and only those listed on the Booking Form may occupy the property. A cot may only be occupied by a child aged 24 months or less.

We reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without refund for a breach of these conditions. A child over 24 months counts as a person. There is no charge for infants under 24 months occupying a cot.

Cots and high chairs are available at most properties. Please check at time of booking. We do not supply cot linen - please bring your own.

Some cottages may accommodate an extra person at £70 per week. (By arrangement only) Please enquire prior to booking.

For those wishing to bring a boat we can offer the following;

Boat Outhauls available at Delta Cottage, Tregenver and Chylorden at £10 per week.

Moorings - inshore from £25, deep water £35 per week, by prior arrangement only. Please enquire prior to booking. (All moorings subject to availability).

Complaints. Any difficulties with the property during your stay must be reported to Creekside Cottages who will contact the owner on your behalf, we are at hand, but our role is that of an arbitrator and in that capacity, we will do our utmost to ensure that any situations are resolved quickly. This is the quickest way of resolving any problems
that might occur.

Force Majeure. Compensation payments will not apply where we cannot fulfil our obligations to our owners due to circumstances beyond our control. This would mean any event we or the owner cannot foresee.

Cottages are available throughout the year. It is in your own interest to take out Holiday Insurance.
