With views down the creek and out onto the Carrick Roads, The Meadow has its own direct access down to the waters-edge from the garden by way of gated steep wooden steps, a tidal mooring is available for a small boat. With Loe beach just a short distance away perfect for launching boats, also there, is a sailing and windsurfing school. The beautiful National Trust gardens off Trelissick are nearby, as is the King Harry Ferry which provides the gateway to Roseland Peninsula. The front door opens into the dining area with a large open plan sitting room beyond with television and video. French doors from the sun porch open onto a large spacious deck which faces south and west and overlooks the sloping garden and the creek below. A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, One double with king size bed with en-suite shower room , a twin bedroom and a single. There is a separate bathroom with bath, shower above, and hand basin, and a separate toilet. An underfloor hot air heating system throughout. There is ample parking directly outside the front door.
