Situated overlooking Penryn River the Top Flat is part of Little Falmouth House, situated in its own private grounds leading to the rivers edge. Outside staircase leads up to the front door opening into the fully fitted & equipped kitchen, with electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & fridge freezer. The large comfortable sitting room with open fire place & dining area along with double bedroom are at the front of the property, both with views over the garden & river. A large bathroom with bath, shower above toilet & wash hand basin to the rear. Ample parking outside the property, along with access to the garden & summer house. A perfect place to come and relax.

The village of flushing is just a five minute walk away, the village has two very good pubs and an excellent fish restaurant, The Sticky Prawn, there is also a Post Office and a small but very well stocked village store. If you fancy exploring the rivers & creeks you can do so by hopping onto the foot ferry or at Mylor Harbour you can hire a boat, learn to sailing, do some exilarating windsports, along with The Castaways Wine Bar & The Seafood Restaurant.
