and the decking area around the front of the house. On the ground
floor is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen / dining room, with
a large built in fridge, dishwasher, a double oven gas stove &
microwave, with French doors leading onto the decking, off which
is found the conservatory sitting room. Steps lead up to the main
sitting room with wood burning stove, flat screen plasma television,
digital DVD / CD player, also French doors leading to patio area,
ideal for the evening barbecues. Also on the ground floor to the
rear of the house is a twin bedroom with an en-suite wet room with
shower, toilet & hand basin. A downstairs cloakroom and a separate
