The 13th century Pandora Inn is just 300 yards down the hill from the house, with the sailing waters of the Carrick Roads near by. Being situated close to both Falmouth & Truro, the sandy beaches of both the south & north coasts of Cornwall, it is truly an ideal base to come and relax. Perfect for any family holiday.

The front opens into the entrance hall with cloakroom to one side. The fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, built in ovens, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and door leading to the terrace & garden. To the rear of the house is found the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & freezer.

The dining room is situated next to the kitchen, with wood burning stove. The large comfortable drawing room has an open fire, television & video, also a separate play room for the children with television & video which has a door leading to the garden.

Stairs lead to the partially galleried landing, with a separate toilet & wash hand basin. The master bedroom with double bed and
