This tranquil cottage is situated on
the edge of Mylor creek; with views both up towards the village
and the Carrick Roads. The sheltered sailing waters, wonderful beaches
and mile upon mile of coastal walks makes this an ideal base for
exploring Cornwall. The village is just a short distance away and
has a general store, newsagent, post office, butcher, a pub and
playing field; the Pandora Inn is a further mile away by road or
can be reached by water.
Through the garden gate to the front door opens into
the sunny vestibule. The inner door opens onto the top floor, with
the double bedroom at the west end of the cottage, a very comfortable
sitting room with fireplace, television and video, and dining area.
A fully fitted kitchen with electric stove, fridge, freezer, microwave
and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with shower, WC and
a basin. The stairs lead down to the twin bedroom with washbasin;
there is also a door leading into the garage.
A small but pretty garden with steps leads down to
a private grass quay.

central heating and linen are inclusive in the rental and dogs are

and such great view. We will definately be coming back next
year!"
"Thank you
for a lovely week, we really enjoyed staying in your cottage,
even though the weather wasn't great. Hired kyacks at the
harbour and spent many hours crabbing from the dingy."
"We felt we
were floating, this cottage is right on the water's edge,
great for bird watching, Egrets, Herons, Turns, Oyster Catchers,
too many to list."
