This self-catering holiday retreat is the perfect base for couples to relax by the sea, or explore the stunning coastline. Mylor Yacht Harbour just a 5 minute walk away offers many facilities such as pontoon berths and swinging moorings with immediate access to the Fal estuary. Boats, bikes and canoes are available for hire and there is also a good sailing school and an excellent waterside cafealong with Castaways wine bar which specialises in local seafood.
The attractive creekside village of Mylor Bridge is situated at the head of the creek, between Truro Cathedral City and the thriving harbour side town of Falmouth to the south.The village has a superb selection of shops, a general store, butcher, fishmonger, newsagent, post office and The Lemon Arms, which does very good food. There are also many other eating places within easy reach including the famous 13c Pandora Inn.

After 30 years of coming to mylor-at last a lovely place to stay within walking distance of the harbour! Lots of peace, walking and boats. Perfect ! we'll be back (assuming you'll have us !) Gill and Tony.

A steep drive leads up to the property, but once at the top there is level access to the front door which opens directly into the comfortable spacious sitting room offering panoramic views over Mylor Creek, with colour television & DVD player, french doors open out onto the patio perfect for a late lazy breakfast or that evening BBQ.
Through to the modern fully fitted and well equipped kitchen-area, with an electric hob built in electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave along with the dining table.
Beyond the kitchen is the double bedroom with 5ft double bed, with a fully tiled en-suite walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The welcoming owners live in the upper apartment, and will do everything possible to ensure you have a perfect holiday.
