While Truro Cornwall’s capital, is eight miles away, provides a comprehensive range of shopping facilities.
Nearby at Devoran, you can hire a bike and join the 11 mile Mineral Tramways Trail forming part of a popular coast-to-coast cycle route from east to west Cornwall. Orboard the King Harry Ferry the gateway to the breathtaking landscape of The Roseland Peninsula.

There was everything you could possible want at Chenies, it was quite near everything I would highly recommend this property to family and friends, along with a very private beautiful garden.
Chenies makes a delightful bolthole, it was also decorated and furnished in such a way as to create a most peaceful atmosphere. For a small village Mylor Bridge has ample facilities including a well stocked village store and a good pub.
With all the accommodation the ground floor, the spacious sitting room along with the speparate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Two bedrooms one double & one twin both over looking the rear garden. The family bathroom has a bath with shower above and separate toilet.
The enclosed garden is attractive and mature, with lawn and patio boasting a tranquil retreat in the sunshine, with table and chairs for alfresco dining or a place to sit with a morning coffee or chilled drink.
